How it works
We collect the dog from home or your clinic, transport them safely and securely with proper restraint, and stay close throughout. A calm presence for patients who may already be unwell or stressed.
For referrals and transfers, we coordinate timing and handovers directly with you and the receiving hospital, so things run smoothly at both ends and nothing falls through the cracks.
For appointments, Deb can wait through the visit or drop off and return for collection, whatever suits.
Either way, we keep everyone in the loop along the way. So whether it's you, the receiving clinic or the owner, no one's left wondering where the dog is or how they're going.
